Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The package arrived defective
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness and food supplement products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
